First-time clients begin with the Consultation and Facial, a 90-minute session that includes an in-depth skin analysis and a custom facial. Clients are asked to bring their current products. Level II and III chemical peels are not performed on first-time clients, and microneedling and deep peels are not part of that first appointment.
