Services cover brows, lashes, hair, color and perms. Brow work includes brow mapping and brow tinting, typically kept up about every four weeks. Fairy lashes are offered in Classic, Volume or Hybrid styles. Haircuts range from children's and teen cuts and men's clipper cuts to pixie, shoulder-length and mid-back cuts. A blow out uses a shampoo and blow-dry with an iron finish, in curls or straightened.

For color, a regrowth refresh retouches new growth with a single-process color and does not include highlights or coloring the ends. Longer lengths are priced by how much color is used. A full color is applied from roots to ends and suits going darker, covering gray or refreshing faded color, and includes a conditioning treatment and finished style. Highlight packages paired with a haircut are also available, and blonding starts at $150 plus blow-dry styling, with additional product costs possibly added after a consultation. The glossed and glazed service deposits a thin, clear coat over the outer layer of the hair. It is ammonia-free and alcohol-free, and the salon says it can leave hair with up to twice the shine of untreated hair.

The salon charges a fee of 50% of the expected service price for no-shows, cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment, and same-day cancellations. A promotional price for the haircut may be available at the time of service.
