The owners want the studio to feel sociable as well as restorative, open to every body and skin type. Education is central to how they work: they use knowledge and practice to set standards and teach clients. Aftercare products are professional-grade and chosen to help prevent ingrown hairs and irritation.

Waxing covers women's Brazilian, bikini, underarm and back, brow, and face and ear services. Appointments are booked for longer times so the pace can prioritize comfort, and the products are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. Waxing is offered during pregnancy. Facials include the Relaxation Facial, centered on massage, relaxation and hydration, and the Signature Facial, which is suggested for first-time facial clients. All facials are priced all-inclusive with no add-ons. Facials focus on acne, anti-aging, and at-home routines. Before a facial, clients are asked to stop retinols and other prescription topicals 3 days ahead and to avoid Botox or fillers 2 weeks ahead. Facials are not recommended for clients taking Accutane or similar medications.

Brow lamination, brow tinting, lash lifts and lash tinting are available. A lash lift typically lasts about 6-8 weeks. A patch test is recommended 24-48 hours before the appointment for first-time lamination clients and anyone with sensitive skin. Spray tans use a custom color blend, hand applied and matched to each client's skin tone and desired depth, and are designed as a rapid rinse so clients can rinse and get back to their day sooner. A spray tan typically lasts about 7-10 days depending on aftercare. An optional post tan hydration spray is offered. Spray tans cannot be done on sunburned or recently sunburned skin. Spray tanning during pregnancy or nursing is allowed once a doctor has been consulted.
