The menu is built around three groups: brow services, lash services and facial waxing. Lash work covers classic, volume, wispy/wet, custom color and anime-style sets, along with lash lifts, tints and removal. Brow services include shaping and tinting, and waxing covers the chin, sideburns, upper lip and full face.
Lash fills are typically needed every two to three weeks, since how long extensions last varies from client to client. A fill is only offered when at least half of the client's existing lashes are still in place; if fewer remain, the visit is booked as a full set. Foreign fills, for lashes applied by another artist, require clean, cleansed lashes and clean prior work, and the salon may switch to a removal and a full set if both sides agree.
Appointments are booked through the online booking link on the business's Square site. The studio also runs a Lash Fundamentals training course, which currently has a waitlist, and sells products through an Amazon storefront.
Each lash set is customized to the client's eye shape and lash line, and clients are welcome to bring inspiration photos.
