Color is the core of the menu. Options include partial and full highlights, partial and full lowlights, and partial and full balayage, which is a hand-painted highlighting technique. Root retouch covers gray or keeps a solid color consistent between visits, and tone and cut is offered for blonde maintenance. Most color appointments include a consultation, wash, haircut and blowout or style, and the salon lists approximate appointment lengths for each service.

Hair treatments range from a quick deep conditioning or gloss to longer keratin smoothing and formaldehyde-free treatments. The salon lists about 4.5 hours for the formaldehyde-free option, which it says lasts up to 7 to 9 weeks, and about 5 hours for keratin smoothing, which it says lasts 3 to 6 months.
