Clients can book a range of appointments, from quick consultations to color work that can take several hours. House calls are also available.

Extension clients start with a consult, which covers fitting, the extension method, color matching, lengths, placement and aftercare. The salon offers hand-tied weft, tape-in, sew-in and I-tip extensions, along with move-ups and takedowns. Some extension types require a consult before booking, and I-tip move-ups need one first if more than eight weeks have passed since the last extension service.

Color services include single process color and retouches, toner and gloss, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Retouches are timed to when they are due: balayage retouches within 12 to 14 weeks of the last color service, and highlight retouches within 8 to 10 weeks. Partial and full highlight retouches and balayage retouches are booked with the stylist who did previous work, while other stylists require a consult first.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sunday.
