A visit usually begins with a consultation about hair texture, density, personal style, daily routine and other concerns. Every haircut includes a customized shampoo massage, conditioning and a finished style. Haircut and color prices are listed by stylist level, from junior stylist to senior stylist, and color prices are starting rates; an exact color quote comes from a complimentary consultation. Clipper cuts include a double shampoo, while buzz cuts typically do not. Bang and neckline trims start at $16 or are free within three months of a haircut.

Color work runs from subtle highlights to pastels and vivids. Balayage is hand-painted and can give an ombre, sombre or traditional highlighted look. Corrective color and style changes and pastels or vivids are priced hourly, and corrective appointments can be lengthy and may need several visits.

Texture services include perms above and below the chin, an express keratin blowout that lasts up to six weeks, Keratin Complex, and the Cezanne Classic Smoothing Treatment, which the salon says has no downtime. Keratin Complex and perms require a consultation for new guests, and Cezanne also requires one. Extensions are Bellami, color matched and custom ordered, with pricing by consultation only. Options include tape-in, keratin tip, I-tip, volume weft and hand-tied weft, and Bellami extensions are said to last six to twelve months, with a three-month warranty from Bellami.

Bridal and on-site hair and makeup can be done at home or on location, and each package includes an in-salon bridal trial and 10 roundtrip travel miles. Packages cover hair and makeup, hair only or makeup only, for one person or groups of up to 10. Clients can book online at each location or reserve at the salon.

The salon says it provides customized treatments and regimens alongside high-quality hair care, and that it follows Washington State Department of Licensing safety and sanitation standards, cleaning and sanitizing tools and workstations between guests.
