New guests book a New Guest Consultation before any service. It is free, runs 30 minutes, and can be done by FaceTime, email, text or in person. Color correction, hand tied beaded row extensions and on-location special event services each require an in-person consultation first. Extension hair is charged per weft at cost, and hair and color matching happen at the consultation. Guests who notice a problem within three weeks of a service can book an after-appointment consultation.

Lightening is built around customized paint sessions, which combine balayage, foilyage and baby lights and include the gloss or toner needed afterward. The full paint session is usually booked no more than three times a year, with maintenance glosses, treatments and trims in between about every six to ten weeks. Grey coverage is a root color with a stored formula, suggested every five to eight weeks. Grey blending is a semi-permanent root add-on for guests with less than 25 percent grey showing, and it lasts about four to six weeks. Block color comes with a color depositing mask for home use. All textures are welcome, dry cutting is listed as a specialty, and the salon does not offer men's cuts.

Services are customized to each guest, with consultations scheduled before new guests, color correction, extensions and special events so that color and hair matches are planned ahead of the appointment.
