The facial menu runs from a short customized express facial and a 60-minute Elixir Hour facial with scalp and arm massage, to dermaplaning, enzyme and oxygen facials that use PCA Skin products, and chemical peels in three levels. The most involved option is ProCell Microchanneling, a 75-minute treatment with LED light therapy and a take-home kit, which is also sold in packages.

Body treatments are built on the Lira Clinical body line, with some also using PCA Skin body products. Options range from a 25-minute back treatment and hand or foot treatments to a 90-minute deluxe body treatment covering the scalp, neck, chest, arms, hands, legs and feet, with an LED add-on that can include the face.

Booking has a few rules to know. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the visit. Chemical Peel Level 3 requires a completed Level 1 or Level 2 peel and a facial consultation first. Product pick-up is free within a booked 10-minute window. Waxing is not advised on sunburned or irritated skin, open wounds, active infections, soon after a chemical peel or laser, or while taking certain skin-thinning medications.
