The hair menu covers kids', teens', men's and women's cuts, blowouts, updos, color and treatments. Color options run from glazes and tints to partial and full head highlights, balayage and ombre, and bleach and toning, and extensions are also offered. Smoothing services include a keratin treatment and a Pure Brazilian keratin-infused treatment, which the salon says can last 12 to 15 weeks with proper home care. Olaplex, K18, Malibu and Metal Detox treatments can be added to hair services, and retail products are sold in the salon.

The facial and injectable menus include a 90-minute Elevated Radiance Ritual with gua sha massage and LED light therapy, along with options for acne and radiance. Dermaplaning is performed with a sterile surgical scalpel after a steam cleanse and takes about an hour. Microneedling uses a Micropen to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin, and a three-session package is offered. A 30-minute medical-grade Perfect Derma Peel is also available; the salon says it was ranked among the top three new anti-aging products by ABC News. Botox is priced at $10 per unit for areas including forehead, crow's feet, smile lines, lip lines and TMJ/masseter, and the salon says prices will vary. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before Botox and to avoid NSAIDs and blood thinners for two weeks before.

Brows, lashes and hair removal include brow tinting and lamination, lash lifts with tint, and classic lash fills and full sets. Waxing uses hard or soft wax, chosen at a specialist consultation. Sugaring uses a paste made of sugar, water and lemon, applied warm rather than hot. The salon says its back waxing gives the cleanest result in the Midwest. Spray tans use the SJOLIE Organic Spray Tan Solution. A rapid tan develops in two to four hours, while a standard tan develops in seven to nine hours.

Bridal clients can book hair and makeup on site or in the salon. A $300 deposit holds the date and is due at booking, and all deposits are non-refundable. Half the balance is due 30 days before the wedding and the rest the week before, paid on up to two cards. A $100 travel fee covers travel within 20 miles of the salon, with additional fees for longer distances. Bridal clients receive a hair and makeup emergency kit on the wedding day and 20% off one later salon or spa service, excluding wedding package items. Wedding day tan trials must be booked at least 2.5 weeks before the wedding. The team also takes part in monthly continuing education on extensions, color, cutting and trend styles.
