Guests are asked to arrive on time and to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, since missed appointments that were not cancelled are charged the full reserved service. Massages and facials may be shortened to fit a guest's requests. Gift certificates can be requested by phone or mail in any amount, and gift packages can be reserved with a credit or debit card.
