Kima Nazaryan founded the spa and opened it in April 2008. It expanded in 2015 and again in 2021, and today it operates a Norfolk studio alongside a Delray Beach location.

The spa says its aim is to treat each guest like family and to meet their needs fully. It describes its services as high quality and its customer care as excellent, and it describes its setting as relaxing and warm.

Hair services run from cuts and colour to highlights, balayage and straightening. Skin options include a custom facial built after a skin analysis, three tiers of HYDRAFACIAL, and treatments such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and a vitamin C facial. The lash menu includes individually applied extensions, full sets and volume sets, fill-ins, lifts and tints.

Guests are asked to arrive on time and to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, since missed appointments that were not cancelled are charged the full reserved service. Massages and facials may be shortened to fit a guest's requests. Gift certificates can be requested by phone or mail in any amount, and gift packages can be reserved with a credit or debit card.

The spa's philosophy centres on treating guests like family and addressing their needs until they are fully satisfied.
