The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 2 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

Some bookings take a deposit: $10 for 2 and 3 week fills, $20 for foreign fills and full sets in any style, and $25 for the new client full set. A 15% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Gift cards come in $75, $100, $200 and $220 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Clients interested in Opal Free lash sets are asked to send a message before booking.
