The salon's stated goal is to help clients feel their best and to make a visit part of their regular self-care. Clients need a card on file to book any appointment, and members book on the services page the same way everyone else does.
Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the reserved service cost to the card on file, and a no-show is charged the full cost.
The salon is open Monday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Monthly memberships run from $35 to $190. The Basic Blowout plan at $50 includes one blowout and one deep conditioning treatment a month with 5% off products. The Luxe Blowout plan at $115 doubles those visits and gives 10% off, and the V.I.P Blow out plan at $190 gives four of each with 15% off. The glow plans include custom in-studio tans: Event Glow at $35 with one tan, Glow Goals Club at $85 with two, and Radiant Glow VIP at $115 with three, each with priority booking and 10% or 15% off retail and add-ons. Membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout.
