Eleven46 Beauty is a nail and makeup business based inside L'femme Beauty Lounge on Roseland Avenue in Caldwell, New Jersey. Services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The salon is open on Fridays from 10am to 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. Last-minute openings are posted on the salon's Instagram story.

The nail menu is built around gel work and natural nail care. Every in-person nail service includes a Russian manicure, one color of gel polish, moisturizer and cuticle oil. Refill/Full Set covers sculpted or Gel X extensions, and that price is not listed. Custom press-ons are also offered. Nail art is priced separately, per nail, and clients bring their own inspiration picture for designs. The salon works on short to medium lengths only. According to the salon, clients report nails lasting four weeks or more.

Makeup services include two consultations. The Everyday consultation looks at a client's current products, recommends custom products and helps with everyday application, so clients bring their makeup bag. The Glam consultation covers the same product review and recommendations, plus help with glam application and tutorials for foundation, concealer, blush, highlight, soft eyeshadow and lashes. One-to-one makeup applications are no longer offered. Non-wedding makeup events must include at least three people. Bridal makeup is quoted individually and requested through the bridal form or by email. Group makeup classes are listed as coming soon.

The Fab46 Elite Membership costs $25 per month. It books recurring monthly appointments automatically and includes one broken nail repair at no extra charge. Of the monthly fee, $20 is applied to the service. Membership is limited to one service per month and can be cancelled at any time. Skipping a month is not an option, and rescheduled membership appointments must fall within the billing month. Unused services do not transfer.

Booking requires a $21 deposit: $20 goes toward the appointment and $1 is a booking service transaction fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the salon cancels. Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is allowed, to a time within 30 days of the original appointment, and a new deposit is needed after two or more reschedules. A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments may be cancelled after 15 minutes. Same-day bookings made with less than 12 hours' notice carry a $10 emergency fee, paid with the deposit. A $15 rebalance fee applies if nails are not refilled within six weeks. Children, partners, friends and pets are asked to stay home during appointments.

The salon's work centers on the basics of nail health and caring for natural nails, with preservation-minded services like overlays alongside gel and extension work.
