The salon offers hair and skin services in one location. Children's, teen and men's cuts are listed alongside women's services, and there are separate blowout and bridal packages.

The salon space was designed by Rachel Grochowski and built by Jack Finn Builders. According to the salon, its space has been called an architectural standout, and it says it has been voted a top salon in Essex for more than a decade. These are the salon's own claims.

Appointments are booked by phone. Facials, makeup, waxing, keratin, all color services, updos, bridal trials and extension services must be held with a credit card. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours ahead, with a text or email link two days before and a phone call the day before for clients who have not confirmed.

The salon is closed on Mondays. Tuesday through Thursday it is open 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm and Sunday 9 am to 4 pm. Hair prices shown are base prices and may change after a consultation. Gift cards are sold on the salon's website.
