Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius website. The salon is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

The glaze is a treatment for shine and tone that also conditions the hair. It can be added to another service or booked on its own. The custom blonding menu runs from a face frame that brightens around the face, through partial and all over blonding, up to a full blonding makeover customized to the client's goals. Every blonding option includes a glaze after the lightening.

Consultations for general services and for hair extensions are offered at no charge, so clients can talk through options before booking. Blow-out packages of five or ten sessions are also available.
