Head spas are the spa's central offering, with four levels. A 45-minute Head Spa costs $60. The 60-minute Classic Head Spa ($80), 75-minute Signature Head Spa ($100) and 90-minute Luxury Head Spa ($120) each include a mini facial. Every head spa begins with scalp and hair analysis and two hair washes, then includes head, scalp, neck and shoulder massage, waterfall water circulation, LED light therapy for hair, steam conditioning and time at a self hair-drying station. Products used in head spa and hair treatments are described as color-safe.

Facial options range from single-modality treatments to the Aurora Holistic Facial, where the client chooses two, three or four modalities from fluid hydro dermabrasion, positive pulse pressure facial sculpting, radio frequency anti-aging, ultrasound, oxygen infusion hydrating and gua sha detoxing. Those cost $90, $110 or $130 and take 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Single-modality facials cost $90 and take one hour. Other facials include an Acne Treatment using a Darsonval high frequency machine and an acne purifying toner, a Back Acne Treatment, a Gentleman's Facial, an Express Facial and a 15-minute Eye Treatment.

Body services include a Body Scrub & Body Wrap using an exfoliating scrub and a nourishing body mask, and a Body Slimming Treatment combining thermo-electric vibration, RF vacuum suction and lymphatic detox massage. Massage is delivered by specialized therapists in Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage with Hot Stone, Full Body Deep Tissue, and Aromatic Essential Oil formats. Foot Reflexology is offered for 30 or 60 minutes. Combo packages pair a head spa with a facial, body scrub and wrap, and foot reflexology for a longer visit.

Brows and eyeliner are offered as semi-permanent tattoo services. Microblading Eyebrow Tattoo takes about two hours and can be done as microblading, ombré or powder brows. Eyeliner Tattoo takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
