Acrylic full sets need bare natural nails. Clients who already have another nail tech's acrylic work need a soak-off booked first, and fills are not done over someone else's work, so a removal is booked separately. Designs on acrylic and builder gel services, including French, decals, glitter and 3D pieces, are charged extra. Removal pricing depends on the product being removed, and a nail care or manicure can be added for an additional cost.

On the hair side, highlights and balayage are priced by hair length, thickness and how much lightening is needed, and extra lightener or toner bowls may cost more. Olaplex bond repair can be added to highlight services.
