The menu covers cutting and styling, color, extensions, treatments, and men's services. Color work ranges from root bumps and glazes to balayage, full highlights, and color correction, which begins with a consultation booked ahead of time.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Complimentary consultations are offered for color services, major transformations, and special event styling. On-site parking is very limited and reserved for staff, so clients usually use the paid spaces along Ventura Blvd. or the free neighborhood spots, which have a two-hour limit.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free. Later cancellations are charged half the service fee, and a missed appointment with no notice is charged the full fee.

The salon says it keeps its stylists current on new techniques through ongoing education, and it describes a commission structure with bonuses, flexible scheduling, and room for career growth.
