Work covers classic Hollywood glam, boho chic, Western bridal styles, and South Asian looks for both ceremony and reception, including traditional Desi designs and fusion styles that blend Western and Indian elements. Trials show the bride the planned look before the wedding and cover ceremony and reception looks, with additional looks for Mehndi and Sangeet events. Brides can arrange a Zoom consultation before the trial, and are asked to arrive with freshly washed and conditioned hair, no styling products and a clean face. A glass of wine and a silk robe are offered during trials. Trials are held Monday through Thursday, usually at the Bridal Prep Room in Sharon, within six weeks of the wedding date.

Booking a wedding date requires a $400 retainer and a signed contract, and a proposal alone does not hold the date. The retainer is forfeited if the client cancels before signing. The site lists a minimum booking fee of $940 for the hair and makeup team, and gratuity is not included in service totals, so clients tip the team directly. Listed prices include $65 to $85 for flower girls aged 10 and under, $115 for junior bridesmaids aged 11 to 13, $150 for groom styling and skin balancing, $135 to $175 per attendant with the team, $500 for bridal hair and makeup with the team, and $1,000 for the signature hair, makeup and trial package with Edra.
