Hair is the core of the menu: cuts, blowdries, root color through to balayage and ombre, partial and full highlights, toners, protein treatments and perms, along with kids' haircuts and braids. The salon also offers two headspa options, lash lifts and tints, eyebrow design, face and body waxing and makeup.

Extension work covers tape-in installation and reinstallation, weft sew-ins and beaded weft extensions, with pricing that varies by service. The salon sells European hair extensions as tape-ins and machine wefts in 18, 22 and 24 inch lengths. Clip-in extensions can also be rented in five shades. Renters choose their extensions and a date, sign a contract, and receive the set shipped on that date; rentals go back one week after receipt, and late returns are charged the full price.

Weddings are a strong part of the menu. Options include bridal hair, bridal makeup with false lashes in a 90 minute session, bridal party hair, a wedding hair trial, mother of the bride or groom hair, and flower girl hair. The salon travels to clients for wedding services, and bridal hair clients are asked to arrive with day-old hair that has not been shampooed and to have an outlet close by for hot tools. Bridal makeup is priced on contact.

Booking policies: hair appointments cancelled within 4 hours of the start time are charged the full service price, tips are not included in hair prices, and staff will look for free parking for clients, with valet parking possibly charged if none is available. Hair extension returns are accepted only if unworn, undamaged and in original packaging, and unopened, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
