Cut prices begin at $80 for women and $65 for men, and the cost depends on the stylist's level. Each cut comes with a wash and style. Blowouts start at $55 and likewise include a wash and style. After an appointment, guests can use a station stocked with professional tools and products to touch up their hair.

Color options include single process and dual process highlights, both in partial and full versions, along with balayage and gloss or toner. Highlights are done with foils and can be natural or unnatural shades. Dual process color can add a richer, darker shade to bleached blonde hair. Gloss or toner must be booked with or without a blow-dry, and blow-dries are not included with color services.

Keratin and Cezanne treatments come in express and full versions. Keratin is $150 for the express service and $350 for the full service, and Cezanne is $250 for express and $450 for full. Both Keratin and Cezanne require a consultation before booking, and Keratin and corrective color services require a 50% deposit that is forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours.

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged the full service price. Payment is accepted by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex and Apple Pay, and cash payments for services and retail products receive a 3.25% discount. Gratuity can be added at checkout or sent to a stylist or colorist through Venmo. Clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the salon within two weeks to request adjustments.

The salon runs an apprenticeship of three to four days a week in the salon, with weekly classes and a structured curriculum. It includes hands-on cutting or coloring training and on-the-floor training in client experience. Apprentices are paid an hourly wage plus tips and have access to a 401(k) plan. The salon also offers education classes covering curls and texture, razor cutting, shags and bobs, advanced razor graduation, and men's work.
