Ebony's work centers on dimensional color, lived-in balayage, curly cuts and haircuts tailored to each client. Color services include grey coverage and all-over color, a glaze and toner for hair that has faded between appointments, and a lighter-and-brighter service that uses balayage and highlighting techniques. Haircuts are precision cuts with a wash and blowdry, and longer or thicker hair has its own longer appointment option.

Before booking, prospective clients can start with a virtual consultation by text or Instagram direct message. Sharing a photo of current hair and hair goals helps set up the plan ahead of time. Pricing is hourly and based on the time spent on the result, and no gratuity is expected. Products used include Amika and Olaplex, and the glaze and toner service includes an Amika Instant Shine mask.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
