Each visit begins with a consultation, so the team can learn why a client has come in and what they want before any service is booked. The salon says it chooses its coloring, hair care and styling tools, techniques and products to support hair health while protecting the environment. In-salon color uses Schwarzkopf Professional and Kevin Murphy.

The coloring menu ranges from color refreshes, glaze overlays and gray blending to dimensional color, partial and full highlights, cap highlights, double process color, and balayage and ombre. Balayage starts at $200, Premium Color with Kevin Murphy runs $75 to $95, and color correction is priced at $100 to $200 after consultation.

The extensions menu includes volume weft, sew-in or weave, tape-in and clip-in, and K tip or keratin bond installs, along with keratin tip, I-tip and micro-tip options. Removal, extension coloring, cutting and styling are also offered. The initial extension consultation is complimentary, and extension pricing is set at that consultation.

The bridal menu covers updos, makeup application, bridal makeup trials and day-of makeup, lashes, and in-salon or on-location work at a home, hotel or venue. The salon strongly recommends that bridal updo clients book a trial appointment first. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a deposit of 50% of the service price. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and color or cut adjustments must be requested within seven days of the service. Brazilian Blowout and keratin treatments require a deposit.
