Every appointment begins with a one-on-one consultation to work out the best style for the client. Consultations are free and can be virtual or in person, and specific pricing is given on request.

Pricing is a la carte, so clients pay for the services they choose, and prices vary by stylist and by the number of chemical steps a look needs. Hourly booking is also available at a single rate that covers whatever services are performed in that time. Prices are the same regardless of age or sex, and haircuts can be booked with or without a blow-dry, without separate men's, women's or children's categories.

A private treatment room with exhaust equipment is used for keratin treatments and for clients who want more privacy. The salon says it is committed to making every visit a rejuvenating one, and describes its stylists as well trained and current with trends. Owner Torao has been styling hair for more than 30 years.
