Braid styles include feed-in braids, layered braids, men's braids with cornrows, Jayda Wayda and Cassie styles, and boho styles. Miracle Knots are offered in four options and use 12 and 14 inch Burmese curly hair in three bundles with a medium parting. Boho Bob styles use curly human hair extensions. Braid prices depend on size, and the portfolio shows crochet, men's braids, faux locs, box braids, boho styles, twists and quick weaves. Service times are estimates.

Hair should be washed, detangled and blow dried before the appointment and be at least 4 inches long. Braid services include 1B hair color, and clients with other colored hair should note it when booking. Braid lengths are listed as mid back or bra strap length, with add-on bookings for longer hair. Clients must complete all forms and waivers before the appointment, and people who are not being serviced cannot attend.

Deposits can be moved once to a single rescheduled appointment. Changes should be made 24 to 48 hours ahead, or the deposit is forfeited. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $15 charge, and arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment. A $50 fee applies to no-shows, and the owner may ban no-shows. Payment is by cash, Apple Pay or Zelle after the appointment, with a 3.5% fee on card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment.

Hours are weekday evenings from 5 PM to midnight, Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 9 PM and Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.
