Estimated appointment times are given by size: mini braids take 9 to 16 hours, small braids 7 to 12, medium 5 to 10 and large 4 to 9, and times also depend on the length of hair and the availability of the stylist's assistants.

To book, clients can use the online booking site or call the salon. A non-refundable $30 deposit secures the appointment and is deducted from the total, and the remaining balance is paid in cash at the visit. Rescheduling means contacting the salon directly, and an extra deposit may be requested.
