Color is a large part of the menu. Take root color covers up to one inch of new growth, while a new coat is applied from root to ends. Other color options include basic partial or full foil highlights, fashion shades, vivid and pastel color, gloss for tone and shine, men's grey blending, and color correction. Custom blonding can be built from balayage, foilage, babylights or melt. It takes four to seven hours and includes a blow-dry, and unwanted color may need to be removed first. The salon notes that custom blonding work can cost up to $600, and that long or thick hair may carry extra charges for additional dye or product.
Blow-dry only, men's blow-dry and women's blow-dry are also available. Blow-dry plus adds light iron work or a brush set. Event styling, downdos and updos are detailed styles finished with iron work; hair needs to be dry and ready to style, and these services do not include a blow-dry.
Smoothing options include Brazilian Blowout, a faster Brazilian Blowout Express, the fume-free Malina smoothing system, and Keratin Alpha Sleek, which the salon lists as suitable for all hair types. Hair treatments include a metal detox neutralizer used before color, balayage or lightening, an intensive recovery treatment for stressed or damaged hair, a conditioning treatment with a relaxing scalp massage, and Shine Bomb, a shine treatment that finishes with a professional blow-dry.
Dynfly runs two monthly membership tiers, Signature at $60 and Premium at $100. Signature covers a single root touch-up, men's grey blending, or a blowout each month and takes 10% off in-store retail products and tools. Premium gives members unlimited root touch-ups or men's grey blending, 20% off in-store products and tools, and unrestricted access to the YDI bar during opening hours. Both tiers also receive discounts on other services. Memberships cannot be transferred. To cancel, members email the salon at least seven days before the next billing date. Unused services carry no cash value, and tips are not part of the monthly fee. Bridal parties and small groups are booked by emailing the salon. Gift cards are available online and at the salon.
Each client's signature shade is kept on file through a personalized MyDye color DNA record, so color can be matched at every visit. Appointments follow a streamlined process designed for quick color refreshes.
