The salon is on the second floor. Visitors come in the front door, press the buzzer to see business names, and choose the Khouyi-DUO name of the stylist they are booking with to be let in. The studio describes its space as private and retreat-like.

Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a gloss that adds shine and moisture, and a toner that adds tone to highlights or softens unwanted undertones, through single-process color and mini or full highlights to partial and full balayage. Color correction and custom color changes are quoted after a consultation. The cutting menu covers custom haircuts, clipper cuts, blow-dries, children's cuts for kids under 10, and formal styles or up-dos, plus a repair treatment for color-treated or damaged hair.

Services are personalized, and both owners keep up with current hair techniques and trends through continuing education. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations; late cancellations and no-shows are not currently charged.
