Haircuts include children's cuts for ages 10 and under, men's cuts with shampoo, women's haircuts with a wash and simple blow-dry, and short pixie cuts. Color options range from all over color and toning to partial highlights and full foil, with several color services listed by hair length.

Bridal work is a clear focus. Services include bridal hair and bridal makeup, each with a preview appointment that shows how the bride's hairstyle or makeup will look before the wedding day. Updos and glam waves are also offered, and glam waves do not include hair extensions. The owner can refer clients to an extensions match.

Clients book through the salon's GlossGenius booking page. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday. Cancelling or not showing up on the day of an appointment is charged half the price of the selected service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
