Hair services range from cuts and shampoo-and-style visits to color work, including foil highlights, root color, fashion colors and balayage (priced after a consultation). Longer-lasting treatments include perms, smoothing treatments, rescue treatments with a blow dry, updos and tape-in extensions. Facials run from a 30-minute express option starting at $40 to a 60-minute classic facial starting at $75. Specialty facials include a vitamin C treatment with massage, a custom facial with a personalized serum blend, a teen facial with a breakout treatment, a back treatment, and a lactic peel.

Electrolysis is offered by licensed electrologist Joanne Sullivan in appointments of 15 to 120 minutes, priced from $48 to $140. New clients can start with a consultation and a 15-minute trial treatment for $30. Buying five treatments up front includes a sixth free. Electrolysis is not booked online; clients call 603-895-2085. Before a session, clients should not tweeze or wax, and hair should be about 1/8 to 1/4 inch long. Hair on eyelashes, inside the nose and inside the ear canal is treated only under physician supervision. Hair typically returns between treatments after about four to six weeks.

Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice for appointments, and a missed appointment without enough notice is charged the full service. Gift certificates are bought by calling the salon and are mailed out.

Hygiene is a stated priority: waxing products and tools are described as clean for each client, and manicure and pedicure tools are sanitized according to NH Cosmetology State Board rules. Disposable tools can be provided on request for clients with a compromised immune system or other health concerns.
