The building stays locked during the day, so clients message or text when they arrive and are let in. The booking page lists a phone number, and the business opens on Wednesdays at 10:00 am.

Full sets take 2.5 to 3 hours and cost $150. Each set uses a tailored lash map meant to protect natural lashes while enhancing the eyes, in either a soft-natural or full-dramatic style. Fills are timed to how much of the set has grown out: a mini fill ($55, about an hour) must be booked within 10 days of the last visit, a standard fill ($95, about 1.5 hours) is booked 2 to 3 weeks apart and must not go past 21 days, and an extended fill ($115, 2 hours) suits clients returning in 3 to 4 weeks with at least 40% of lashes remaining. A fill generally requires 40 to 50% of extensions still in place. Clients whose lashes were done by another lash tech can book a foreign fill for $120, which takes 2 hours. Lash removal costs $40 and takes 50 minutes, for clients who want existing extensions taken off or replaced with a new set.

A 30-minute lash consultation is optional. It covers the desired style, an assessment of natural lashes and eye shape, a customized lash map, and a patch test for adhesive allergies. Clients who book a consultation receive $10 off a full set after booking.

First-time clients are sent a consent form by email to read and sign; rescheduling and cancellation terms are in that form. A deposit is due at checkout and the remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment. No extra guests are allowed at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, especially eyeliner or mascara, and to avoid mascara for 48 hours beforehand. A $10 makeup removal fee applies if needed. Aftercare asks clients to wash extensions daily with lash shampoo only, avoid heat near the eyes and oil- or alcohol-based facial products, and not pick or pull at lashes.

Each set is built around a custom lash map fitted to the client's natural lashes and eye shape, with an optional consultation beforehand.
