Every facial is tailored to the person receiving it. Sessions open with a cleansing and a skin assessment, after which the esthetician applies exfoliation aimed at specific concerns and uses products picked for that client's skin. How far the tailoring goes depends on how long the treatment runs. The Customize Facial lasts 70 minutes or more. First-time guests can book the New Client Facial, a 60-minute appointment that opens with a consultation and skin analysis, then covers cleansing, exfoliation, a treatment mask, and extractions when the skin needs them. The menu also includes hydrodiamond facials and skin treatments designed for men.
Lash services cover extensions and maintenance. Clients who are new to extensions, or who have had a reaction before, can start with an Extension Consultation. Clients who had extensions done by another lash specialist and want fills can book a Foreign Fills Consultation, which also checks the health of the existing lashes. Set styles include classic, hybrid, wet and volume, each offered in four options, and Lash Removal is also available.
The waxing menu is broad, covering brows, lip, sideburns, chin, face, underarms, chest, back, legs, bikini, Brazilian, Manzilian and a men's full body service. Take It Off Tuesdays offers Brazilian or Manzilian waxing at a reduced starting price, but only on Tuesdays. The Vajacial + Wax pairs a facial-area service with a longer visit.
Packages are sold as a group of visits. The Black Friday tester package, priced at $325, follows a buy five, get one free structure. Packages can be bought with Buy Now, Pay Later, which is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout.
Booking policies apply to cancellations and lateness. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 36 hours of the appointment, same-day cancellations are charged in full, and clients who arrive 15 minutes late are charged a 30% up-charge. Several services ask for a deposit when booking, and the New Client Facial and Extension Consultation deposits are noted in their listings.
