Booking is done online through GlossGenius. A free 10-minute consultation is available to talk through color goals and set up a service appointment. The business charges a 50% fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. It accepts cash, Apple Cash, Venmo and credit cards, and Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
