Dream Spa Medical was created in May 2013, and its Brookline location opened in August 2014 as a second location. According to a May 2024 interview, Dr. Joseph Russo and Diana Brouillard are partners in the business. The owners started it because they felt Canton and Brookline lacked access to minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
A visit typically begins with a consultation, where the team learns a client's goals and concerns before building a plan. The business says it designs customized treatment plans instead of standard packages, and that it looks after self-esteem and overall health as well as appearance. Clients can use a virtual consultation tool or send an online consultation request, and financing is available.
The body menu includes Emsculpt NEO, EON fat reduction, VelaShape, Ballancer Pro, Wood Therapy and sclerotherapy. The face menu includes HydraFacial and HydraGlow, chemical peels, oxygen facials, laser treatments, Ultherapy, EMFACE, injectables and fillers. The laser menu covers hair removal, pigment removal and vein removal, and the wellness menu includes IV drips, vitamin injections, LED phototherapy, peptides, semaglutide and tirzepatide. Some treatments are offered only at certain locations: Emsculpt NEO at Brookline and Patriot Place, VelaShape at Brookline and Canton, and EMFACE at Brookline.
The business sells medical-grade skincare and offers memberships including Dream Club, Bridal, Model Club, Emsculpt NEO and VelaShape, along with a $50 gift card. It states that its locations are licensed facilities and that every provider receives ongoing training. Press items on the site mention an ICON Award and a listing among the 15 Best Spas in Boston, and the business describes itself as the official med spa of the New England Patriots Cheerleaders.
Starts each visit by listening to a client's goals and concerns, then builds a personalized plan rather than offering a standard package.
The business describes its facilities as inviting and up to date with current technology.
