Appointments are one-on-one, and children and extra guests are not permitted. Every visit starts with a free 20-minute consultation to look at the brows or lashes and plan the result the client wants. The full extension set includes a customized consultation at the start and a personalized aftercare kit to take home, and takes about 120 minutes.

Extensions come in four styles. Signature Natural uses one extension per natural lash for a subtle everyday look. Hybrid mixes classic and volume techniques for a fuller, textured look that still appears natural. Volume uses handmade fans for a fuller, feathered effect. Classic is also offered. Lash fills are priced by how long since the last visit and how many lashes remain, so the studio sets the type of fill at consultation.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers semi-permanent lash lifts, a Korean lash lift that works from the root and suits straight or downward-growing lashes, a lash lift with tint, and brow tinting and brow waxing. Brow combo pairs a brow tint with a brow wax. Lip waxing is also available. The studio sells lash care products for use at home, and it is a few minutes from Wall Township, about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the part of town.

The studio has a parking lot. A $25 non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total. Payment is by cash or Zelle only.
