New patients book a one-hour New Patient Consultation for $200 before any services, and that fee is credited toward the treatment they choose. Appointments are booked online through the practice's Square page, where gift cards are also sold. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:30pm, Saturdays by appointment only, and the office is closed on Sundays. Some treatments need numbing cream applied 30 to 45 minutes beforehand, so clients are asked to arrive early. Before Xerf, clients are asked to drink 64 oz of fluid starting three days ahead, and before laser hair removal they are asked to shave the day before.
