The concierge physician coordinates each patient's care. Members get unlimited office visits and unlimited telemedicine visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and round-the-clock access to the doctor by phone, text and email. Annual physicals for members include a health risk assessment, a full physical exam, blood work, an EKG and referrals for age-appropriate screenings, and the practice also offers extensive early cancer screenings and gut health, nutritional and micronutrient evaluations. Labs can be drawn in the office or onsite. The practice does not accept medical insurance, though insurance can be used for lab work, imaging and medications, which those providers bill directly.

The aesthetic side covers injectables such as Botox and fillers, non-surgical liquid facelifts, medical-grade chemical peels and IPL, exosome and regenerative cell therapy, and Morpheus 8 treatments for skin tightening, acne and acne scars. Body services include FaceTite and BodyTite procedures, which pair liposuction with skin tightening in one session, and vein removal. Concierge members receive discounts on aesthetic services, injectables, medical weight loss, supplements, skin care, vitamin shots and infusions, and hormone replacement.
