The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, with Saturdays by appointment only, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Classic sets apply one extension to each natural lash, while Volume sets use lightweight handmade fans. Return sets are priced lower, but a Classic return requires a prior Classic set with Kirsten one to three months earlier, and a Volume return requires a previous Volume set with her in the same window.
Microneedling is offered in collaboration with Skin Day Spa. Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin, and a series is recommended for longer-term results. The business uses PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor) treatments, and its Elite tier is described as its most advanced microneedling option.
Several policies shape a visit. Lash clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner or oils, and to keep lashes dry and avoid oils around the eyes for the first 24 hours after a set. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the appointment. Because services are personalized, refunds are not offered, though clients who are unhappy with the outcome may contact the business within 7 days. Children under 12 cannot accompany clients, and other guests wait in the reception area.
The studio aims for polished results that still look natural, and Kirsten tailors each lash and skin plan to the client.
