The menu covers several areas. Facials include a Signature Custom Facial of about 1 hour 15 minutes and a Deep-Cleansing Facial of about 1 hour 30 minutes. Body services include a one-hour Back Treatment and a 30-minute skin lightening treatment for any small area. Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination, and a combined lamination, wax and tint visit. Lash services include classic, wet look, wispy and volume extensions, lash lifts with or without tint, extension removal and refills, which the spa recommends every two to three weeks.
Clients can book from the menu or ask for a custom package built around their needs. Gift cards are offered. The spa asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the reserved service amount and forfeit any deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service amount to the card on file. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment.
