The second location is inside Calumet Beauty/Wellness at 2001 Calumet. Listed hours are Monday from 2:30pm to 8:30pm, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 8:30pm, Saturday from 8:45am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm at the Med Ctr location.

Appointments are usually confirmed within three days of booking and can be changed or cancelled through the booking app or by calling or texting the business line. Private parties, corporate events and walk-in inquiries are handled by text. Every service begins with a complimentary consultation covering the treatment and aftercare, and clients are asked to mention any medications and topical products they use, including retinol and salicylic or glycolic acid. Payment can be made by Zelle, PayPal, Tap, Apple Pay, major credit cards or Venmo, and AfterPay is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval.

Waxing covers the bikini, brows, face, underarms, legs, chest, stomach and back, using a specially formulated hard wax. Brazilian waxing starts at $70 plus 30 minutes, and several combinations are offered as monthly memberships. Facials use Dermalogica skincare, which the business describes as botanical-based and suitable for all skin types, and range from express and basic to signature, microdermabrasion, sugar glow with peel, Ayurvedic, power cleanse liberating, IPL and laser acne options.
