Gel X extensions begin with an e-file manicure, followed by a full set in a chosen shape, up to long length. Sets can be removed and reapplied every 3 to 5 weeks. The structured gel manicure pairs an e-file manicure with a semi-hard, buildable gel base that has an apex for support and can be soaked off. Add-ons for that service are available. IBX treatments address peeling, splitting and free edge delamination, with one option for strengthening under polish and a Dazzle Dry lacquer color that can be added for an extra charge. The waterless e-file pedicure includes a foot assessment, toenail shaping, light callus reduction and a hydrating skin polish. Pedicures are declined for open wounds, sensitivity to nail products, or concerns that should be looked at medically, and after a pedicure the studio suggests oil for the toes and cream or lotion for the soles, with visits every 4 to 6 weeks.

First-time clients should arrive with bare nails unless a previous set is being removed as part of the booking. Clients text when they arrive and wait for the go-ahead before coming up, and additional guests are not permitted. Sets that are 5 or more weeks old carry a $35 rebalance charge, and sets with heavy lifting or product breakdown carry a $40 removal charge along with a fresh overlay. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the appointment, though full payment is still due. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged the full appointment price, and arriving late or giving no notice within 15 minutes of the start time cancels the appointment with a 100% fee. All sales are final.

The studio is open Monday from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed on weekends. Appointments starting after 3 pm or on Sundays cost the service price plus $60, and clients can join a waitlist for those times.
