The business is led by its owner, a licensed esthetician with three years of beauty experience. The focus is Korean skincare and lash care, with particular attention to supporting the skin barrier and keeping natural lashes healthy. Korean skincare thinking shapes the services, and the intent is a calm, welcoming room where clients can unwind.

For lashes, the Korean Lash Lift curls natural lashes using Korean formulas and typically lasts six to eight weeks. A tinted version is available, and aftercare is included. Full sets of lash extensions come in Lamination, Wispy, Anime, Hybrid and Volume styles and include a consultation. Fills are timed to the lash cycle: a standard fill is booked six to fourteen days after a set or last fill when about 60 percent of lashes remain, and an extended fill is booked fifteen to twenty days after, when about 40 percent remain. New clients pay a $25 deposit toward fills. A patch test is recommended for first-time clients and anyone with sensitive eyes or a past reaction.

Facials range from a gentler first-visit option for new clients, to a Pigment Correction Facial aimed at hyperpigmentation, dark spots, acne scars and melasma, to a Signature Korean Facial with a skin consultation, double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, massage and one complimentary add-on such as LED light therapy, cold plasma, a modeling mask or oxygen infusion. The Nervous System Reset Facial is a silent appointment with extended massage. Returning clients can add a gentle chemical peel to the Signature Korean Facial. Custom chemical peels are offered after at least one facial here.

Skin treatments include Nano-Infusion, which uses nano-sized tips to exfoliate and help serums absorb, and Liquid Microneedling, which includes an aftercare kit. The business states that Liquid Microneedling can shorten the skin renewal cycle from 28 days to as little as 3 days. Clients who buy skincare on the day of a consultation receive 10 percent off. Booking policies include a 48-hour window for changes, with charges applied to late cancellations and no-shows, and the business pays out 50 or 75 percent off a client's next service if it cancels late.
