For skin concerns, the salon offers an acne program called Face Reality, a clear-skin system that uses clinical-grade products selected for each person's acne type. It starts with an Acne Bootcamp, which combines a consultation, an initial treatment and a full morning and evening home regimen, usually six or seven full-size products. Bi-weekly follow-up treatments are required after the Bootcamp. The salon states that Face Reality has a 90% success rate. A separate Signature Facial with Extractions includes cleansing, toning, exfoliating, extractions, a mask, serum, moisturizer, a mini scalp treatment and an arm and hand massage.
