HydraFacial boosters target calm, restore and firm, smooth and refine, hydration, and eye, lip, hair and body concerns, and the business says the boosters are clinically proven and partnered with well-known brands. The HydraFacial process uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology with HydroPeel tips and proprietary serums. Waxing covers the face, body, bikini and legs, and brow and lash services include tinting, henna, brow lamination, lash lifts and eyelash extensions with refills typically every two to three weeks. Spray tans use NUDA products, in a standard and a rapid version.

Combined packages such as the Elite Getaway, Elite Signature Package, Elite Beauty Bliss and Elite Ultimate Escape bundle several services at one set price, and the business describes its packages as award-winning. The salon also hosts spa events for bridal, birthday, graduation and prom occasions through a request form, and it sells gift certificates. The business says its hair stylists have completed advanced master training programs and typically have 5 to 15 years of experience.

Appointments are recommended at least one week ahead, with a credit card number needed to hold one. Arriving about 15 minutes early is recommended for check-in, and late arrivals may not receive full services. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, or 48 hours for multiple services or packages, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. For waxing, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and sun exposure and heat treatments should be avoided for two hours before and twelve hours after. Waxing is not offered to clients who use Retin-a or Accutane. Children are not allowed in treatment areas, and teens 13 and older may be treated with a parent or guardian's consent. Skincare products cannot be returned once they leave the premises, while retail merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days if tagged and undamaged. The business notes it is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings and suggests leaving valuables at home.
