Color is one of the larger parts of the menu. Options include color with a haircut, gray coverage with a flat iron or curl, partial and full highlights, and color correction, which starts at $150 and runs about four hours, with additional charges after the first two hours. Color pricing can rise with hair length and density.

Extensions cover sewin, Microlink and Metowi Method microlinks, tape-in and clip-in extensions, quick weaves, lace closure sewins and removal. Metowi Method microlinks require a consultation and are offered for natural hair clients only, and the hair is included in the service. Tape-in and clip-in services do not include hair, which clients buy separately, and extension touch-ups are for sewin weave only. Braiding includes men's braids, flat twists, kids braids and crochet styles. For crochet, hair is not included; the salon asks clients to buy Freetress, Kima braid or some Bobbi Boss brands, and new clients pay a $30 deposit.

For hair care, the menu includes haircuts, shampoo and blow dry services, roller sets, natural rod sets and silk press. Silk press starts at $60, with Deluxe, SUPER Deluxe and MEGA tiers adding conditioning or a treatment. The salon also offers a thermal smoothing treatment, an amino acid option that does not require a relaxer, with results the salon says last six to 12 weeks with proper care, along with relaxer touch-ups and full applications. Scalp services include massage, scalp detox and low-level laser therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses low-power laser light on the scalp. Wigs and glueless wig installs are also offered; no glue is included in the install.

Booking runs through the salon's GlossGenius site. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. It asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment; shorter notice is charged at 50 percent of the service, and no-shows at 100 percent. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Add-on services cannot be booked alone and need a shampoo and blow dry or a finishing style.
