Massage is the core of the menu. Options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage with stretching and compression, and prenatal massage for clients past the first trimester, offered in one-hour and one-and-a-half-hour sessions. Fifteen-minute chair massage is available, as is corporate chair and table massage held at the client's site. Add-ons such as aromatherapy, BioFreeze, a hot towel, stress relief and a CBD-infused massage cream can be added to a session.

The facial menu includes the Divine Organic Facial, which uses Eminence Organic Skin Care products, the Divine Signature Facial, a hands-on seven-step treatment that licensed providers tailor to skin type, and a Facial Peel. Facial enhancements address acne, anti-aging, eyes, hands and lips. Waxing, brow and lash tinting, and lash extensions are also offered. Hair services cover cuts, blow dries, shampoo, split end treatments, updos and curls, and a full range of color from touch-ups to ombre, with members receiving 10% off hair services.

Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, and late arrivals may have their service shortened. Service times are approximate and include consultation and changing time. Gratuities are not included. Robes and slippers are provided if needed, and lockers are available for multiple services. Phones should be turned off, and children under 13 are not allowed in the spa. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and a $20 fee applies to late cancellations or no-shows. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 9:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Group bookings and parties, such as birthdays, reunions, bridal parties and employee events, can be arranged, and a private room is available for a small fee. Makeup parties, bridal and special-occasion makeup, and makeup lessons are offered, and gift packages combine several services into one booking.
