About

Every color service begins with a consultation. Beth builds a custom formula around the guest's skin tone, natural color, how much maintenance they want and their daily life. For blonding, goals are talked through at the consultation, and the health of the hair comes first. Each blonding service is finished with a blowout.

New guests send a booking request and complete a digital consultation, and Beth replies by email within 24 hours on weekdays. Vivid, bridal and extension services need a separate complimentary consultation beforehand, when a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost is due. Each guest is given a fresh cape, and tools and the station are disinfected and sterilized between clients.

The menu spans cuts and blowouts, color and blonding, specialty and bridal work, treatments and waxing. Nail services under the Fox Claws name and a hand scrub done while color processes are also offered.

Booking and payment rules: appointments starting after 4pm are accepted only if they can finish by 6pm, Tuesday appointments can run until 8pm, and Wednesday through Friday appointments running past 6pm carry a 20% after-hours surcharge. Changes to a service may be corrected at no charge if reported within 7 days. Changing your mind on a look is not treated as an adjustment, and results that may need more than one service are not adjusted. No refunds are given on services, and a late cancellation fee applies except when a guest cancels due to illness. Gift cards are sold in the salon and electronically. A referral gives both the referred friend and the referrer $25 off the next service after the friend's first visit.

Each color service starts with a consultation and a custom formula for the guest, and in blonding the integrity of the hair is the top priority.
