Shey has worked as a hairstylist for 17 years and trained at Aveda. Color, haircuts that change a look significantly, and extensions make up the core of the work, and the price list gives a starting point for each service with longer times for heavier color and extension visits.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Shey is trained and certified in weft, tape-in, i-tip and k-tip methods. Beaded weft and tape-in installs each begin with a consultation, and tape-in consultations are used for color matching and ordering wefts before the install. Beaded weft adjustments are available to move an appointment up between installs.

Bookings are not final until approved, and add-on services such as a blowdry, haircut or curling or flat-iron style are best added when the appointment is made. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, sent by text. Late cancellations are charged 25% of the scheduled service cost, no-shows without notice are charged the full service fee, and a 50% deposit may be requested for future visits. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The suite is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.
